The main characteristics of reactive polyurethane hot melt adhesive are:

(1) 100% solid content

PUR does not contain any organic solvents and will not cause environmental pollution. It is a green and environmentally friendly adhesive.

(2) Low construction temperature

The melting temperature of PUR is lower than the operating temperature of general hot melt adhesives (170~200 ℃). It can be applied at 100~150 ℃, saving energy consumption and reducing the corrosiveness of the adhesive application device. It is particularly suitable for bonding heat-sensitive materials (such as plastics, etc.).

(3) It can form rapid bonding with high bonding strength

After PUR bonding, no tape or clamps are required to fix the two adherends. The two adherends can be fixed in a short time, so the assembly can be quickly transferred to the next processing step, improving work efficiency. At the same time, the adhesive after condensation and hardening can also undergo subsequent moisture curing cross-linking reaction at room temperature, which greatly improves the bonding strength.

(4) Single-component packaging, easy to use

PUR does not require assembly when used, and there is no risk of measurement errors, which can ensure construction quality.

(5) Excellent performance

The cross-linked structure of PUR after wet curing greatly improves its performance, and it has excellent resistance to high and low temperatures, water, chemicals and solvents.
